Shipping policy
Delivery: For orders containing multiple products, the delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on the order details page within 24 hours. The estimated delivery times are indicative; hence, there may be some unforeseeable delays beyond the company’s control. In the event the Company is unable to deliver the product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, the customer shall be notified by e-mail of the reason for any such delays. Customers shall have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that orders may be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at customer’s instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by the company’s delivery partners. Customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss, either direct or indirect, owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
Tracking Facility: On dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘My Orders’ option on the “My Accounts” page.
ORDERING
- All purchases from this website shall be governed by the company’s terms and conditions.
- On placing an Order for buying any product from this website, the customer has to provide the required details to fulfil the order. While providing their details, customers are required to be careful and warrant that the information provided is true and accurate.
- Payments shall be accepted through the following modes:
- Online: Credit Cards, Debit cards, Net Banking
- UPI (BHIM, Google-Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, Razorpay, etc.)
- Any order to purchase a product that customers place on this site is subject to acceptance by the company. When customers place orders online, they will be notified via email confirmation of receipt of the order. If there is an error in the order confirmation, customers should contact customer care immediately by email at ecom@parragonpublishing.co.in
- The company may refuse or may be unable to process the orders if:
- The payment mode does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price.
- Customers do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
- Customers must notify the company instantly if any particulars are inappropriate. If payments have not been accepted, the Customer shall be informed of this in writing along with the reasons. The company’s customer care team shall be happy to support the customer if there is an issue with the orders/payments/returns/any other Customers can contact the company’s back-office team for any inquiry or problem.
CANCELLATION
After the successful placing of the order on our website, we initiate our working to process and dispatch the order as soon as it is confirmed, within 24 hours. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Within 12 hours of placing the order, customers can cancel their order and the company shall give a full refund as per refund policy.
